On 9th November,  the third day after the Beginning of Winter, Jiang Zhenshan, CEO of Eastshine Information, joined CEIBS Class E22SH2. Together, they visited the G60 Science and Innovation Corridor and learned the achievements of the high quality development in the Yangtze River Delta in Shanghai.The G60 Science and Innovation Corridor, is one of the most dynamic economies, and has one of the highest levels of urbanisation in the region. It includes Shanghai, Jiaxing, Hangzhou, Jinhua, Suzhou, Huzhou, Xuancheng, Wuhu and Hefei, nine cities in total, covering an area of about 76,200 square kilometers. On 3th November 2020, the Ministry of Science and Technology and six other departments jointly issued the Yangtze River Delta G60 Science and Innovation Corridor Construction Plan, giving it the strategic position of "an advanced corridor from Made-in-China to Created-in-China, a pilot corridor driven by both science and technology and institutional innovation, and a pioneer corridor for the integrated development of industries and cities". It is clear that by 2025, it will be established fundamentally as a science and innovation corridor with international influence and an important source of innovation in China. In March 2021, the G60 Science and Innovation Corridor was included in the Outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021-2025) for National Economic and Social Development and Vision 2035. It has thus ushered in a major new development opportunity.

The first stop on the study tour, was the headquarter of Eastshine Information(Shanghai Eastshine Information Technology Co., Ltd). Mr. Jiang Zhenshan, CEO of the company, explained to the audience in detail about the company environment, corporate culture and product information. He personally demonstrated and explained how the company's products are applied in the manufacturing industry and the detailed process of running a full set of systems. The fellow entrepreneurs asked questions frequently and were very interested in the i3Plus series of intelligent manufacturing information kits from Eastshine Information. Through this presentation, everyone aslo expressed a more tangible understanding of intelligent manufacturing and enterprise digitalisation.

The second stop of the study tour, was GDI(Shanghai Graphic Design Information Co.,Ltd), a representative company in the field of VR/AR and metaverse. Everyone participated in the interactive sessions, gained in-depth knowledge of VR/AR related industries, and experienced the typical scenarios of VR/AR applications and the unique charm of virtual reality technology. At the end of the event, Mr. Zhou Qinghui, the founder of GDI, graciously received the students and made a warm speech.

The third stop of the tour, was the Yangtze River Delta G60 Industrial Internet Experience Center. The pavilion features a variety of digital images of the construction plans for the Science and Innovation Corridor. The nine-screen film tells the historical process of the integration of science and innovation in those nine cities, while holographic film imaging technology and digital sandboxes reproduce the dynamic effects of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in three dimensions. In addition, the pavilion also allows visitors to experience first-hand the development history and bright future of the G60 Science and Innovation Corridor and its important research and development achievements in the fields of electronic information, biomedicine, aerospace and intelligent manufacturing, through the physical display of over 140 types of science and innovation achievements under the collaboration of the nine cities.
