Customer requirements:    

This case provides EDI solution for an automobile parts manufacturing enterprise. Receive EDI messages sent by OEMS, and analyze EDI messages to provide timely and accurate information for production activities of auto parts enterprises such as manufacturing, logistics and shipping. The system adopts the C++ language with the best execution efficiency to develop, the software functions are modular, the man-machine interactive interface, the operation process is concise, and the system runs steadily and continuously for 7*24 hours on the unattended background server. Can be integrated with the enterprise third-party systems (such as ERP, MES, etc.).

Solution：

· Web-EDI

  Refers to the web site of EDI service provider or trading partner through browser to process EDI services；

  WebEDI, a transitional solution of EDI, mainly helps small and medium-sized enterprises with immature IT technology or imperfect equipment to connect with trading partners quickly；

  The third-party EDI provider will set up an exclusive WEB EDI account to interact with data via WEB interface.

· Direct EDI

  Directly connected EDI is a point-to-point docking method, which requires both parties to set up EDI servers respectively；

  The transfer protocols supported by the two parties include AS2/OFTP/SFTPFTP, etc；

  Transmit EDI messages conforming to international standards, including EDIFACT/X12/Odette/VDA, etc.

· Function realization

  EDI packet format conversion - To automatically integrate the VDA standard packets transmitted by the supplier and the company with the service system, the format of the standard VDA packets needs to be converted using the EDI system and inserted into the intermediate database for subsequent processing；

  Integrated business system - EDI system can be integrated with supplier's business system through intermediate database table, API, custom file format, etc., to realize data transmission, save enterprise cost and improve implementation efficiency significantly.

· ASN management

  The system automatically generates unique numbers for ASN orders when creating them；

  The system checks the selected information when creating the order: whether the order is continuous or not;

  The system automatically sends the ASN information to the third-party MES system through the interface when creating the JIS order；

  The system generates and prints ASN single information and sends back EDI information packets to the OEMS through the background service module.

· Connectivity test requirements

  Ensure that both sides have firewall IP ports

  Both IP addresses and ports can be connected through TELNET

  Verify that the OFTP information and certificate are correctly configured

  Send test files to each other to ensure successful receipt
